Return Eligibility

We accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and still in their original packaging. All return requests must be made within 14 or 30 days of receiving your order. Please keep your proof of purchase handy, as it will be required to process the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Additionally, items marked as final sale, gift cards, and customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges
