Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

At jatka.in, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, which means there’s a limited window to cancel an order once it’s been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at mmtcs2025@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible to return the product once it arrives, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. In this case, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

Refused Deliveries

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order without prior notice, the item will be returned to us. Once received, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

Pre-Orders and Custom Items

Pre-orders and customized products are made just for you and cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before submitting these types of orders.
